About the RMA Trends Survey 2025

We conduct this research among organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium. From small to large and from non-profit to high-tech employers, every type of organization is represented. We also invite recruitment agencies, staffing organizations and intermediaries to participate in the survey.

Of course, your responses are completely anonymous and will be displayed in an aggregate manner. Your response will be used only for this survey and in related communications (including reports and webinars). 

The survey consists of a questionnaire including statements in which you can indicate to what extent this applies to your organization. Think about your vision on recruitment challenges, priorities and opportunities.
