Recruitment is changing at lightning speed. From labour market shortages and rising wages to technological innovations and the use of AI. New generations with their own expectations on the labour market are also creating new dynamics.
How do organisations deal with this? Which strategies work in practice? And what role does recruitment marketing automation and AI play in this? That's what we want to find answers to together with you.
As recruitment software specialists, we speak to recruiters, labour market communication consultants, recruitment marketers, agency recruiters and recruitment managers on a daily basis. We see challenges, success stories and smart solutions - and believe that sharing knowledge is the key to progress. That is why we are once again launching our annual survey: the Recruitment Marketing Automation & AI Trends Survey 2026.
Why participate?
- ⏱ It will take you just 5 minutes
- 📊 In early 2026, you will be the first to receive the RMA & AI Trends Report 2026

Results in the RMA & AI Trends Report 2026
In early 2026, we will publish and disseminate the survey results. So you can access the insights on our website, you can download slides with charts and tables to use in your own documents, such as business cases, and we will explain the results in a webinar.
By linking data on growth and recruitment success to the recruitment strategies of these organisations, it will become clear what the way to go is in today's recruitment landscape. The RMA & AI Trends Report 2026 gives you insight into the best practices around recruitment, recruitment marketing and the use of technology in these areas. Use it to your advantage!
About the RMA & AI Trends Survey 2026
We conduct this survey annually among organisations in the Netherlands and Belgium. From small to large and from non-profit to high-tech employers, every type of organisation is represented. We also cordially invite recruitment agencies, staffing organisations and intermediaries to participate in the survey.
Of course, your responses are completely anonymous and will be displayed in an aggregated manner. Your response will only be used for this survey and in related communications (including in reports and webinar).
The survey consists of a questionnaire including statements where you can indicate to what extent this applies to your organisation. Think about your views on recruitment challenges, priorities and opportunities.
